We have various services available, whether you are 8 years old or 88 years old! From private physician visits, to urgent care visits, we deliver medical care right in your home or office with all the benefits of modern technology.
Private Physician (Non-Medicare)
If you are between the ages of 18 and 64, and are looking for a private concierge physician who will spend as much time as you need to address all your concerns, then this option is for you! For only $395 per month, a private membership includes unlimited visits in your home or office, as well as direct access to the doctor's personal cell phone with 24/7 availability for phone consultations. All visits will be performed by Dr. Tang.
Urgent Care Visits (Non-Medicare Patients)
Need an appointment right away, but not sure you want to change doctors? We offer same-day urgent care house call visits at $295/hr. on a one-time basis for ages 8 and up. Appointments are available after hours and on weekends. This keeps you away from Urgent care facilities and lowers the chances of getting sick from going to an office.
Transitional Care
Are you or a loved one getting out of the hospital or rehabilitation soon? Ideally after being discharged, a doctor follow-up visit should be done within 1 to 2 weeks. If your primary care doctor cannot see you or your loved one in this time frame, consider a transitional visit from Dr. Tang to prevent you from ending up back in the hospital. If you have Medicare and supplemental insurance, this visit may be 100% covered.
Primary Care
Do you or a loved one have problems leaving the house? Would it make life simpler if you didn't have to go out to have blood drawn or you could have X-rays done at your house? Concierge Mobile MD is equipped to handle house call needs and works with specialty companies to treat patients where they are most comfortable. Concierge Mobile MD has two services to choose from: concierge and non-concierge options.
Concierge Membership
There are many benefits to becoming a member of Concierge Mobile MD. Some of these include:
- Being seen by Dr. Tang at every visit
- Priority over non-concierge patients for appointments
- Availability of weekend visits
- Direct access to Dr. Tang's private cell phone
- 24/7 Availability for phone consultations
Non-Concierge Option
- Some visits may be done by a nurse practitioner instead of Dr. Tang.
- There are separate charges to fill out forms or write letters on behalf of the patient.
- Communications will be handled by an office assistant.
- Limited after hours and weekend availability for phone consultations.

Insurance

Must have traditional Medicare Part B. Medicare must be the primary insurance - Medicare/Medicaid Combo
We can only accept under special agreement. Please contact our office for further info. - Medicare Advantage/Managed Care Plans
In general we do not accept these plans, however we may be able to accept some of these plans that offer the same benefits for out-of-network doctors as in-network doctors. - Private Insurance
We are out-of-network for most private insurance.
Great for Elderly Care
Dr. Tang sees geriatric patients in assistant living and retirement facilities, as well as private homes. We also work with mobile lab and radiology companies, as well as home health nursing agencies that can provide nursing visits, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy in the home setting as well. This makes Concierge Mobile MD ideal for geriatric patients who find it difficult to get to a doctor's office.
Travel Range
Concierge Mobile MD is based in Grapevine, TX and our travel range is within 18 miles of Grapevine, but also taking travel time into consideration. If you are not sure if you fall within this range, please contact our office. We take all referrals into consideration on a case by case basis.
